Sora Community Services was generously donated these items and we are raffling them off to help us deliver essential support services to our clients.

Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
The Sora Community Services raffle (the “Mega Outdoor Raffle”) is open to all individuals, including staff, their families, clients, and the general public. The minimum age for purchasing tickets is 18, participants must be able to legally enter into a binding agreement. You can buy as many tickets as you wish, and are eligible to win more than one (1) prize. You must live in New South Wales.

2. Ticket Prices
Raffle tickets are priced as follows:

• • 1 ticket for $5
  • 5 tickets for $20
  • 15 tickets for $50

Tickets are available for purchase through RaffleTix Australia [link to come]. All ticket sales will close at 1:00 PM (AEST) on Wednesday, 14 May 2025.

3. Prizes
The Raffle will consist of three (3) prizes, with a combined value of over $4,000. A detailed list of the prizes will be available on the RaffleTix Australia page.

4. Raffle Draw
The Raffle draw will take place at 2:00 PM (AEST) on Wednesday, 14 May 2025. Winners will be selected at random and notified directly via the contact details provided at the time of purchase. Winners will be announced on Sora social media.

5. Prize Collection
Prizes will not be delivered to winners. A scheduled time for collection will be arranged directly with each winner from a Sora designated location. If a winner does not collect their prize or cannot be contacted by the provided details, the prize may be forfeited.

6. Liability
The prizes are donated and are provided “as is,” and Sora Community Services will not be held liable for any faults, defects, or malfunctions with the items post-raffle.

7. Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased. If a winner is unable to collect their prize within the designated time frame, the prize may be forfeited and another winner may be drawn.

8. Prize Substitution
Winners are not eligible to swap their prizes with other prizes from this raffle. In the unlikely event that any prize becomes unavailable, Sora Community Services reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

9. Publicity
By entering the Raffle, winners consent to the use of their name, likeness, and image for promotional and marketing purposes by Sora Community Services without any further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Privacy
Sora Community Services respects your privacy. All personal information provided during ticket purchase will be used exclusively for the purposes of the Raffle and in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

11. General Conditions
Sora Community Services reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders. The Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sora Community Services, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Raffle or from the use of the prizes.
